You can directly include ECS in your own script. Avoid using separate downloads for ECS as it confuses the users. ECS is an AL plugin. It's enabled by default, so it doesn't need any kind of input on the user side. ECS is intended to be used by other AL plugins, but a script that provide an uninstall option would work fine as well.
