====== Human Federation ======

The Human Federation is the democratic government in charge of the human settlements since the collapse of the the warp anomaly linking this galaxy to their home world, Earth. The humans are a faction that expand quickly. While they favor trade over war, they are no stranger to war.

  • Favorite planet type: Temperate
  • Tech Group: Human, Independent
  • Traits: Charisma, Trader

===== Diplomacy =====

The Human Federation is a full featured faction diplomacy wise, and more to the point they are quite good at it. They favor cooperation treaties, but they won't back out of a fight if they feel threatened or if they can't persuade another faction to sell a sector they are interested in. Bribery is quite effective against them, though.

===== Military =====

This faction has the largest array of ships, as they use both commonly available models and their own custom built ones. They use standard weaponry and shielding systems. As such, it may not be the strongest fleet, but it is the most versatile by far.

Once at war they will seize any enemy factory in the sectors they take over.

===== Economy =====

They have a standard economic system with nothing particular of note.

===== Law =====

They have a police force. They do not tolerate piracy. It's also illegal to deal in Firearms or Slaves in their territory.
