Description / screenshots 
General
- Limited Diplomacy
- Bounty on ships
- Can raid other factions
- No sector takeover but can claim uncharted ones
Fleet
- Favor Speed over cargo
- Use any ship and weaponry
- Favor fighters and carriers
- Traders favor illegal wares
Stations
- Pirate Bases can move and sector jump (very slowly)
- Favor stations selling illegal wares
